Shipping and Return policy

Usually your orders are taken from stock. However if this is not the case you should take into account that the lead time increases. See also “Lead time.”

Order confirmation. 
After receipt of your order upon request an order confirmation will be send. 

Freight charges:
Freight charges are confirmed as "Estimated freight costs" during the ordering process before "checking out". The estimated cost are the calculated costs for your (pending) order. The costs as shown are fixed.

Lead time.
The lead time is mentioned on the order confirmation. By keeping stock we do our utmost to keep the lead time as short as possible. If a delay arises in the confirmed lead time we will contact you and inform you on the new lead time. 

Returning or exchanging. 
If you want to return a product you must inform us in advance in writing on the reason (s) for returning. Returns are only accepted as the article is undamaged and unused and when it is returned in its original packaging. 

Please ship the article, including all other applicable items, within 7 working days after receipt of the goods, including the original invoice/package order.
