This Kadova® 2 - 2,5 kg Broodkaas (Loaf cheese) mould's inner dimensions are 245 x 115 mm. Mould and lid are executed with a radius of R = 15 mm. Mould and lid are so called lower models: mould height 133 mm and lid height 48 mm.
With this Broodkaas mould a cheese can be made of approx. 1,8 -2,7 kg. The cheese mould has been completely made from plastic. The raw materials used for the production of the cheese mould have been approved for direct contact with foodstuffs. The cheese mould exist of 4 parts: mould, mould net, lid and lid net. The use of the nets provides a beautiful smooth crust, without any pleads.
The nets can be removed from the mould and from the lid. The four cheese mould components each can be reordered separately.
